A partnership between Development Solution Organization and the POISE Foundation team, this project focused on increasing the percentage of and amount given by individual donors using actionable targeted fundraising and marketing strategies. The end objective was to increase POISE’s donor reach using low-cost and low-effort resources.
DSO partnered with A Touch of Understanding to evaluate expansion strategies, sustainable financial models, set goals and research how similar programs have scaled up in support of their disability awareness programs.
A collaborative partnership between Development Solution Organization and the Family Crisis Center of Baltimore County to help them plan to develop the tools, process, and procedures to better support once of their core services: The Crisis Hotline. This project focused on data management for the crisis hotline. Primarily the focus would be on assessing and implementing what is necessary to move the hotline from a paper based process to a dynamic organized tool that ties together services and clients. In addition to staff, the system must support 40 volunteers which currently use physical call sheets that are mailed or scanned in.
A collaborative partnership between Development Solutions Organization and the Building New Hope (BNH) team, this project focused on raising awareness of farmers’ livelihoods and ethical trade in order to give impactful brand positioning and marketing ideas that would better target individual and institutional customers.
